WHERE DO WE MEET ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR?

ALL CRUISERS will find us under the SHADE SAILS between the Cruise Ship Terminal and the Information Office on the wharf in central Noumea. We carry a big sign board that states the names of all the persons booked on our tours.

P & O cruisers just turn right from the gangway and gather under the SHADE SAILS.
Other ships dock at the container wharf. Catch the free shuttle to the main terminal (a 5 minute ride).  Walk to the side of the terminal and gather under the SHADE SAILS near the Information office.

DO YOU BRING CUSTOMERS BACK ON TIME TO BOARD THE SHIP?

Guys, since we started this business we NEVER were late to bring our customers back to the wharf. So you can trust us. We work closely with the local tourism office and we know all about the times you need to be back to board your ships, so just relax and enjoy the day, you are in good hands.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK TOURS?

We recommend that you book a minimum of 2 months in advance to be sure to get a seat on our tours. We run only one tour per day and so the first person/group to contact us for a set date will be the first "served" and will decide on the tour running on that day. We have the possibility to run 2 tours on one set day ONLY if we reach a min number of 35 persons interested.

DO YOU CATER FOR LARGE GROUPS?

We own 2 vans that can transport 8 people each at once. However, we can also cater for larger groups (for up to 55 persons) or medium groups of 20 persons. For those of you wishing a more personal/private/VIP kinda of tour, we have a 4 seater Land Rover, air conditionned, to take you to ALL the places you wish to see/go to while you are in Nouméa.

HOW AND WHEN DO WE PAY?

Note we require a 10% non refundable* deposit to hold your seats on all our tours. This can be done via our ANZ account in Australia. The balance needs to be paid on the day with FRANCS. We DONT accept foreign money.

For those of you wishing to pay the totality before you arrive so you don't exchange money, please contact us.
For tours in Vila, you have the possibility to pay on the day either in Vatus or Australian Dollars. You also have the possibility to do a bank transfer into our ANZ account in Port Vila. *If you decide NOT to join our tour on the day for any reasons, we will NOT refund your deposit. However, if your ship doesn't make it to Noumea for any reason, we will refund totality of your deposit.

WHAT EXACTLY IS YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY CALLED?

Our money is called FRENCH PACIFIC FRANCS. We use the same currency as in Tahiti and the currency code is XPF/CFP.


WHERE CAN I GET FRANCS/LOCAL CURRENCY?

There is a foreign exchange desk inside the main terminal in Nouméa. It is located straight next to the tourism office desk. There is also an ATM located across the road from the main terminal. Just cross the road at the red lights and walk towards the Casino supermarket- the ATM is located on the left side of the entrance to the supermarket.

DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE ON WHEELCHAIR?

Our vans are not equipped to cater for people on wheelchair. HOWEVER we are more than happy to look after you and show you around, if your chair can fold and fit in our boot and if you don't mind our help to get you in and out of the van.
